We offer three kinds of writers' groups memberships: PRESS, to maximize your writing productivity and pace, SLAKE, to refine your writing craft, and Writing Labs, where you can drop in for practical help and moral support with whatever writing task you are working on.
PRESS and Writing Labs meet weekly at varied times and places and require a monthly subscription.* SLAKE meets monthly at the Wordsmith office and is free of charge. All three are geared to help you in practical ways right now, while also equipping and empowering you to grow as a writer— to learn new strategies and hone your skills.
Just one visit will help you in the moment.
Consistent participation over time will help you a great deal more.
*NOTE: as long as "Safer At Home" restrictions keep us from meeting in person, our online PRESS meetings will be 100% FREE. So far, this means through at least August of 2020, there will be no cost for PRESS, and those who join PRESS during this time will receive a 20% discount off the membership fee when we do begin charging it again!
Normally, membership in PRESS costs $60 per month. Join now, during the Covid-19 "Safer At Home" quarantine, and you'll pay only $42 per month once the restrictions end for as long as you maintain your membership. Just join our FREE SLAKE membership below to gain free access to PRESS. Once restrictions lift, you can choose to subscribe @ $42/mo to maintain your PRESS membership.
